Santhigram Group of Companies, based in India, is in the process of opening Ayurvedic
Panchakarma Centers in the US and UK under the brand name of Santhigram Kerala
Ayurvedic Center.
We have already received the necessary work permits and visas for our professionals
from India. We urgently need RENTED space to open our Ayurvedic Health Spa as
per the following details:
1) Panchakarma Theatres - 3 rooms with min. size 120 sq. ft. (Each) preferably
with at least 1 room with attached WC.
2) Consultation room - 1 room - min. size 100 sq. ft.
3) Reception & Waiting Area - min. size 150 sq. ft.
4) Store Room - 1 room - min. size 100 sq. ft.
5) Staff Room - 2 rooms - min. size 100 sq. ft. (Each)
6) Bathroom cum toilet - 2 - min. size 50 sq. ft. (Each)
Total Area Approximately - 1000 sq. ft.
Car Parking - at least 3 cars at a time or nearby parking lot
Staff Accommodation - 3-bedroom staff accommodation
Single Family House with Partial basement for accomodation
